Terms of Service – PromptSave

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PromptSave ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

PromptSave grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it using methods other than the provided interface, or use it to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The free plan provides 15 prompt generations per day. Pro plan subscribers receive unlimited generations. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The prompts generated by the Service using your inputs are yours to use freely. The PromptSave platform, interface, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of PromptSave. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform itself.

6. Limitation of Liability

PromptSave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by PromptSave is produced by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for all purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any generated content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
